YouTube adds direct linking to videos based on time; you can set the minutes and seconds in the following format:

#t=10m10s (10 minutes and 10seconds)

The above YouTube will link to my golf swing at 10 seconds past.

This will be great for linking to long videos so you can skip all the boring parts.
