You can now find where to get flu shots on GoogleMaps, go to www.google.com/flushot.

I’ve actually been searching for flu shots and have found that a lot of flu shot locations such as Walgreens or Target usually run out of flu shots by the time you get there so make sure to CALL before you go.  It’s probably a lot harder to find a flu shot location that actually has them rather than finding the location itself.

After expanding Google Flu Trends to a total of 20 countries and 38 languages, allowing more people to see near real-time estimates of flu activity, we began brainstorming with the U.S. Department for Health and Human Services (HHS), their flu.gov collaborators and the American Lung Association on the flu shot finder and other ways Google can be helpful to people this flu season.
